Job Title: Intake Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Intake Specialist to join our team at TEKsystems. As an Intake Specialist, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls from patients and assisting them in creating an estimate for their medical services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls from patients and provide exceptional customer service
  • Assist patients in creating an estimate for their medical services
  • Document patient information into Microsoft Excel for follow-up
  • Collaborate with Sr. Associates to deliver accurate estimates

Requirements:

  • 1 year of healthcare experience (insurance or hospital/dr. office)
  • Inbound call experience
  • Basic Microsoft Excel skills
