Nurse Resident Position

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Nurse Residency Program in Elk Mills, Maryland. As a Nurse Resident, you will have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills and knowledge in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
About the Nurse Residency ProgramOur Nurse Residency Program is a 12-16 week program designed to support new graduate nurses in their transition to practice. The program includes a combination of didactic education, simulation training, and preceptor-led clinical experiences. Upon completion of the program, participants will have built a strong foundation for nursing practice and be well-prepared to take on the challenges of a dynamic healthcare environment.
Program Highlights- Accredited with distinction by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation in Practice Transition Programs
- Research-based curriculum that focuses on evidence-based practice, critical thinking, and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Preceptor-led clinical experiences on our intermediate or transitional level step-down units at our Newark or Wilmington campuses
- Opportunities for professional development and growth through our Clinical Ladder program
- Graduating from an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred)
- BLS certification required
- Less than 12 months of nursing experience by the start of the program
- Eligible for Delaware license as a Graduate Nurse/Registered Nurse or RN license from a compact state
