Nurse Resident Position

ChristianaCare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Float Nurse Resident to join our nursing team in Elk Mills, Maryland.
The ChristianaCare Nurse Residency Program is a 12-month program that integrates educational components with preceptor-led clinical experiences on medical, surgical, and step-down units at the Christiana and Wilmington Hospitals.
As a Float Nurse Resident, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of complex environments, including medical, surgical, and step-down units, and will receive comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in your role.

- Comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in your role
- Opportunity to work in a variety of complex environments
- Accredited with distinction as a Practice Transition Program by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation in Practice Transition Programs
- Graduating from an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred)
- Less than 12 months of nursing experience by the start of the program
- Eligible for Delaware license as a Graduate Nurse/Registered Nurse
