Director of Financial Technology Transformation

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Financial Technology Transformation to lead the implementation and evolution of finance and accounting systems throughout our enterprise.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the replacement of a legacy financial system with a modern ERP/Financial Management system technology, managing the project from start to finish.
- Provide comprehensive project management and oversight, including development of project plans, schedules, task management, resource planning, and status communication to stakeholders and Senior Management.
- Lead ongoing transformational initiatives and continuous process improvement efforts across the business.
- Oversee and manage documentation of business requirements, functional requirements/specifications, interface requirements, data conversion requirements, implementation requirements, use cases, scope changes, and design documentation.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the implementation of financial technology solutions.
- Identify enhancements to streamline business processes and improve internal controls.
- Assign and delegate work assignments to project team members, motivating staff and ensuring focus on quality, timeliness, and scope.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software or systems engineering, accounting, business, or other technology-related fields preferred.
- 7+ years project management experience, with demonstrated ability to effectively direct, coordinate, and follow up with team members to ensure timely completion of project deliverables through all phases of a project life cycle.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Valid Driver's License
