Director of Anesthesia Operations

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive the transformation of our Anesthesia Department into a system-wide leader in anesthesia services. As the Director of Anesthesia, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our department and contributing to the growth and innovation of our institution.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the daily operational oversight of clinical offices, patient care areas, and research.
- Manage capital, human, and material resources to ensure operational efficiency.
- Partner with the Outpatient Director(s) and Medical Director(s) to identify and develop new service opportunities.
- Play a key role in financial oversight, ensuring revenue integrity, and supporting departmental growth.
- Develop policies, procedures, and training to enhance service quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Master's degree in business or a related field.
- A minimum of seven (7) years of related experience, with at least five (5) years in a management role.
- Demonstrated experience in budgeting, innovation, and change management.
- Ability to develop partnerships with physicians and communicate effectively with staff and patients.
