Job Summary:

As an Administrative Support Specialist with Airswift, you will provide critical support to our client's operations team in a fast-paced chemical facility. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating visitors, managing documents, and providing administrative assistance to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate visitor access and complete necessary paperwork
Manage plant documents and track compliance with procedure review requirements
Provide administrative support to the operations team, including preparing documents and spreadsheets
Coordinate meeting changes and conference room reservations
Maintain and submit expense reports

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED with 3+ years of administration experience
2+ years in a management assistant type role
Sharepoint experience preferred
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
