The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the hematology market, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers. You will also have a proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
As a Clinical Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to promote Sobi's products to healthcare professionals
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Providing comprehensive clinical knowledge of Sobi's products and communicating the on-label clinical benefits to customers
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical affairs, and regulatory, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
- Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Qualifications:
- BA/BS in business or science
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 3 years in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in hematology sales
- Strong understanding of the hematology market and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Collaborative and team-oriented approach
