Job Summary

As a Sales Associate at Madewell, you will serve as a brand ambassador, bringing your personal style and passion for the product to the sales floor each day. You will create genuine connections with customers, helping them find their unique look. You will collaborate with your team members and managers to drive the business, jump in on tasks that create a seamless customer experience, and bring a collaborative, kind, and inclusive energy to the sales floor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales by exceeding selling and service expectations.
  • Complete training, use product knowledge tools, participate in fit sessions, and apply that knowledge to create exceptional customer experiences.
  • Assist in store tasks to ensure customers see the team at its best.
  • Share feedback, insights, and ideas with the management team.
  • Act in a manner that aligns with Madewell's values.
