Job Responsibilities:
As a General Laborer at AlohaHP, you will begin your career in our warehouse, focusing on product identification and upkeep. This position serves as a foundation for more advanced roles within the organization. We offer in-house training and certification at no cost, covering vital skills such as fall protection, confined space awareness, and basic scaffold competency. Once trained, you will transition to job sites, applying your skills to contribute to our projects in a safe and efficient manner.

Your work schedule will typically be Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with opportunities for overtime and weekend work as available. For those interested, there are chances to engage in off-island assignments, with travel, accommodation, and transportation fully provided by the company. We strictly adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, ensuring a secure working environment for all team members.

Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about learning, growing, and embracing new challenges. A positive attitude, punctuality, and the ability to pass a background check are essential, particularly since our projects often take place in sensitive environments. While experience in scaffold construction or industrial settings is preferred, we are also willing to train those who show a strong desire to advance within the company.

Compensation and Advancement Opportunities:
- General Laborer: Starting at $20 per hour.
- With Scaffold Experience: Up to $23 per hour.
- Former Scaffold Foreman or Lead Builder: $25-$30 per hour, based on demonstrated on-site experience.
