Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Oldcastle Infrastructure. This role is responsible for ensuring a strong customer experience by responding to inbound calls, qualifying leads, and handling transactional inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

About the Role

This CSR position will involve developing a comprehensive understanding of Oldcastle products, systems, and business union contacts to efficiently support customer requests. Key responsibilities include performing administrative duties, answering incoming customer telephone calls, supporting operations by organizing and implementing administrative systems, and keeping timely and orderly records.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma / equivalent
  • 2+ years related experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
  • Able to work independently and as a member of various teams
  • Versatile, flexible, and willing to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
Benefits and Compensation

Oldcastle Infrastructure offers a highly competitive base pay ranging from $25.00 to $28.00 per hour, as well as comprehensive medical, dental, and disability benefits programs, group retirement savings program, health and wellness programs, and a culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotion. Our estimated salary for this role is around $52,000 - $58,000 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek and assuming an hourly target range of $25.00 to $28.00.
