Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Coordinator Assistant to support our project management team at Hedy Holmes Staffing Services. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the successful delivery of projects by coordinating activities, managing schedules, and maintaining accurate records.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Assist the Project Manager in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely completion and within budget constraints.
  • Scheduling and Meetings: Coordinate project-related activities, meetings, and follow up on action items to maintain productivity and effective communication among stakeholders.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including invoices and other relevant materials.
  • Progress Monitoring and Reporting: Regularly update the Project Manager and stakeholders on project progress, highlighting any challenges or opportunities for improvement.
  • Resource Allocation and Expense Tracking: Assist in allocating resources and tracking expenses to optimize project efficiency and minimize costs.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as data entry skills (alpha and numeric)
  • Background: Construction background is an asset but not required

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience. As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive compensation package and opportunities for growth and development.
