Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Production Methods Developer at Winzeler Couplings & Metals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of mechanical principles and be able to work with hand tools and schematics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support engineering projects through data collection, fabrication, and maintenance of various systems.
  • Collaborate with engineers to ensure project completion.
  • Perform duties related to print control, history files, and manufacturing processes.
  • Develop new and/or revised Production Methods and Item Masters.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience.
  • Familiarity with data collection methods and analytical techniques.
  • Proficiency in CAD software is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is between $60,000 and $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
