Key Responsibilities:
  • Processing various payment methods from customers and external businesses.
  • Executing closing procedures, including cash drawer reconciliation and transaction logging.
  • Organizing and maintaining files and logs systematically, ensuring all paperwork is processed accurately.
  • Responding to online inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Scheduling service appointments for customers.
  • Conducting phone surveys to gauge customer preferences and service quality.
  • Utilizing lead management tools effectively.
  • Compiling necessary reports and documentation promptly.
  • Performing additional job-related tasks as required.

We expect our team members to demonstrate ethical behavior, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and integrity in all interactions.

Additional duties include answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate personnel, acknowledging customers promptly and courteously, and handling general clerical tasks.

This position requires part-time availability, primarily in the afternoons and evenings, as well as full days on Saturdays. Team support across departments may also be necessary.
