Position: IT Support Specialist with Asset Management Expertise

Location: Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist authorized personnel in connecting to the corporate network, ensuring seamless access to LAN, printing, and file services.
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on mobile devices as required.
  • Install, upgrade, and repair end-user computing (EUC) equipment, including desktops, laptops, monitors, and peripherals.
  • Deliver software troubleshooting and replacement services for non-warranty assets.
  • Facilitate network connectivity for printers and scanners, including configuration support and IP addressing.
  • Provide warranty and repair services for networked printing and scanning devices.
  • Extend VIP support for various equipment, including desktops, mobile devices, display systems, and communication tools.
  • Conduct on-site hardware support for troubleshooting end-user computing technologies.
  • Manage hardware inventory for client locations, ensuring accuracy and availability.
  • Oversee inventory stock rooms, including receiving hardware, tagging new devices, and maintaining inventory integrity.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and prepare reconciliation reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of equipment lists for disposal and manage the distribution of equipment according to guidelines.
  • Address discrepancies in asset management databases and submit reports for lost assets.
  • Attend meetings as necessary and update asset management databases for any movements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment.

Required Skills:
