Quality Control Supervisor Opportunity

Judge Direct Placement is seeking a skilled Quality Control Supervisor to join our team in the Melrose Park, IL area.

This is a day shift and night shift available position that requires experience in plastics manufacturing.

  • 4+ years of lead or quality supervisory experience in blow molding or injection molding products.
  • Prior leadership experience is required, with a focus on quality control and process improvement.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience with structured quality control stage gate processes and ISO/TS quality systems.
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to supervise and manage others, foster open communication, and support an environment of high growth and innovation.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills are a must, with experience in typical quality gauges and instrumentation.

We are looking for a candidate who is mechanically inclined, with the ability to roll up their sleeves to help get the job done.

The successful candidate will have a general knowledge of manufacturing quality assurance and control methods, processes, and equipment.

They will also have experience with engineering drawings and be able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
