The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for developing and implementing quality control processes, procedures, and systems to monitor and improve product and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and improve existing ISO quality systems
  • Organize and conduct internal quality audits
  • Represent the company during external quality audits
  • Develop programs for continuous improvement
  • Teach classes for QA programs

Requirements:

  • BS Degree in Electrical Technology or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in an Electrical role
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a Quality Engineer role
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a leadership role
