Job Description

As a Client Success Manager, you will build and maintain strong relationships with Awecomm clients, proactively engaging with key resources to advance their IT capabilities. This is not a sales position – our model is focused on creating a great experience and helping our clients succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client service by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand Awecomm's standard services.
  • Complete strategic roadmaps with clients to capture their strategic initiatives and align technology for continued advancement.
  • Participate in Project Management Office (PMO) meetings to review project status and manage resource allocation.
  • Organize, track, and prioritize projects to exceed client expectations.
  • Help maintain and refine a framework for regular client communications, meetings, and tracking of action items/projects.
  • Ensure and coordinate follow-through on action items, risks, and issues from projects and/or client meetings.
  • Proactively communicate business impact and value of Awecomm relationship with highlights of progress made and roadmap ahead.
  • Identify issues and work collaboratively to find effective solutions.
  • Maintain client health report to manage/lead discussion on upcoming opportunities for success.
  • Support team and client resources as needed for overall client success and exceptional client experiences.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators such as client satisfaction, retention rates, and adherence to standard offerings.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal through various communication channels.
  • Strong organizational skills to plan projects, track action items, and ensure follow-through with commitments.
  • Proven ability to initiate and drive new processes, adapt, learn, and apply knowledge toward continuous improvement.
  • Strong focus on team success.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and successful project delivery (4+ years).
  • Ability and passion to continuously learn new technologies in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant business field.
