Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive global strategy for hospitality and ticketing, aligning with the organisation's vision and revenue goals.
  • Event Experience: Design and deliver world-class hospitality experiences for premium clients, VIPs, corporate partners, and key stakeholders at all events.
  • Ticketing Operations: Oversee all ticketing operations, including pricing strategies, allocation, distribution, and technology integrations, ensuring seamless fan experiences.
  • Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth through innovative hospitality packages, partnerships, and ticketing solutions.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing global team across hospitality and ticketing functions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with marketing, sponsorship, and venue teams to enhance fan engagement and maximize attendance and satisfaction.
  • Compliance & Technology: Ensure all ticketing processes comply with legal and financial regulations, while exploring and implementing cutting-edge ticketing technologies.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage data analytics to optimise ticket sales, fan engagement, and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in leadership roles within the hospitality and ticketing sector, preferably within sports or large-scale events.
  • Strong understanding of global ticketing systems, technologies, and hospitality trends.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing high-impact strategies that drive revenue and enhance customer experience.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate across departments.
  • A track record of building strong relationships with partners, stakeholders, and high-profile clients.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a global footprint.
