Job Summary:
The Help Desk Specialist position is a critical role that provides technical support for all aspects of technology equipment, including computer hardware, software, networking, and VoIP devices for our organization. The successful candidate will perform general technical support functions, including physical installation, assembly, configuration, and maintenance of technology systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for computer hardware, software, and networking issues
- Install, configure, and maintain technology systems, including computer hardware and software
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall system performance
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Information Technology or related field with 1 to 2 years of IT Help Desk experience
- Or an Associate's degree can be substituted with 3 to 4 years of IT Help Desk experience with one or more industry certifications (A+, Net+, Sec+, Microsoft Fundamentals Cert(any), CCNA)
