Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Landscape and Irrigation Foreman to join our team in the DFW region. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing landscape and irrigation projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining a high level of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee manual labor tasks in landscape, irrigation, or construction projects.
  • Perform manual and machinery work in preparing surfaces for paving.
  • Maintain a clean job site, ensuring all tools and equipment are secured and potential hazards are eliminated.
  • Perform materials handling and storage, loading and unloading trucks, and hauling and hoisting materials.
  • Ensure proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed.
  • Operate power mowers, trimmers, and blowers, and prune shrubs and low trees as needed.
  • Lay sod, plant, mow, trim, dig, rake, prune, mulch, and install sprinklers.
  • Plant and maintain flower beds.
  • Operate edgers and line trimmers along sidewalks, flower beds, trees, buildings, fences, and other objects.
  • Pick up trash and blow leaves and other organic debris onto the turf before mowing.
  • Mulch leaves and organic matter when mowing.
  • Perform weeding by hand or using a garden hoe or hula hoe.
  • Maintain a polite, friendly, and responsive demeanor with customers.
  • Bring problems to the attention of the foreman, safety director, or HR manager.
  • Uphold company policies, procedures, and core values at all times.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of construction/irrigation experience.
  • Spanish is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
