Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Utility Worker to join our team at Blackstone Consulting, Inc. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing, and waxing floors, as well as cleaning restrooms, common areas, and windows.
  • Physical Labor: Lift and carry up to 50 lbs, stand and move within assigned work areas for 6-7 hours, and perform tasks that require bending, stooping, and reaching.
  • Facilities Support: Assist with dismantling furniture, palletizing equipment, and preparing it for transportation, as well as emptying trash receptacles and performing other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • Experience: Possess knowledge of tools and proficiency in their usage, with a history of related cleaning experience preferably with a major institution.
  • Qualifications: Ability to provide cleaning services within a commercial, industrial, or residential environment, with solid work ethics and a strong attention to detail.
