Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional and composed demeanor while actively listening to inquiries and feedback.

• Provide timely and professional responses to all communications.

• Manage time effectively to balance multiple projects successfully.

• Exhibit strong analytical skills in addressing various challenges that may arise.

• Stay informed about state regulatory agency statutes, as well as the community's governing documents, policies, and procedures for each client.

• Review financial reports for associations and assist in the development of annual budgets.

• Oversee property enhancement and construction initiatives to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.

• Supervise front desk, maintenance, and cleaning staff, if applicable.

• Cultivate professional relationships with the Board of Directors, unit owners, residents, and vendors.

• Prepare for and conduct Board meetings, generating management reports in advance.

• Analyze market trends and investment opportunities to effectively manage client portfolios.

• Monitor and assess portfolio performance, making strategic adjustments as necessary to optimize returns.

• Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on portfolio status and address any inquiries or concerns.

• Stay abreast of industry regulations and compliance standards to ensure portfolios adhere to legal requirements.

• Collaborate with the investment team to formulate and implement investment strategies that align with client objectives and risk tolerance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in portfolio management or a related field.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.

• Strong understanding of investment strategies and financial markets.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• US Work Authorization.
