Director of Public Relations and VIP Experience

At Alice + Olivia, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Public Relations and VIP Experience to join our team. As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive public relations strategy that showcases our brand's unique personality and style.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with key media contacts, influencers, and VIPs to secure press coverage and drive brand awareness.
- Conceptualize and execute high-profile events, activations, and experiences that align with our brand's vision and values.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create compelling content and messaging that resonates with our target audience.
- Track and analyze media coverage, social media trends, and consumer behavior to inform our communications strategy.
- Manage and maintain our 360 Marketing Calendar, ensuring that all brand initiatives and events are properly coordinated and executed.
- Build and maintain a network of industry contacts, including editors, influencers, and celebrities, to drive brand awareness and partnerships.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy that aligns with our brand's values and messaging.
- Manage and maintain our press database, ensuring that all media contacts are up-to-date and accurate.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of press releases, media kits, and other communications materials.
- Collaborate with our social media team to develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with our brand's messaging and values.
- 5+ years of experience in public relations, communications, or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful public relations campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and content.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000-$140,000, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
