Main Responsibilities
As a Store Performance Manager at Papa John’s, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our stores. This includes supervising staff, managing resources, and ensuring the highest quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Manage store budgets, financial records, and statistical performance metrics to optimize profitability and productivity.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Maintain compliance with safety and health regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
