Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Support Representative to join our team at Mancini Companies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strong relationships with accounts, and executing sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Marketing: Plan, organize, and execute sales and marketing activities to achieve sales growth objectives and company brand initiatives.
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with accounts, identify key brand opportunities, and present new products and promotions to buyers.
  • Merchandising and Display: Place POS, coolers, and display racks in assigned accounts, and merchandise and provide visibility to our brands through signage and shelf talkers.
  • Order Management: Manage all selling activities within accounts, including order management, program execution, and AR.
Leadership Requirements
  • Company Priorities: Understand company and supplier priorities and provide positive exposure for the company through quality service and excellent support.
  • Communication: Proactively communicate and feedback opportunities and issues to managers, and develop and build positive relationships with accounts.
  • Customer Service: Outperform competition when it comes to customer service and balance company objectives with supplier and retailer requests.
Essential Job Functions
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously use our minds and creative powers to improve overall company performance by suggesting more effective methods of operating.
  • Accountabilities: Meet daily deadlines for sales calls, order entry, and seeing assigned accounts, and turn in money collected to the office twice per week.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma.
  • Experience: Sales/merchandising experience preferred.
