About the Role

The Mall Operations Coordinator will interact with various stakeholders, including tenants, in-house facilities technicians, and third-party contractors.

This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless communication among teams, and resolving any issues that may arise.

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate mall events and activities
  • Assist with tenant relations and communications
  • Provide administrative support to the mall management team
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of administrative experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
