Job Title: Project Coordinator Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator Specialist to join our team at CORE. This is an excellent opportunity for a scheduling expert to work with preconstruction, operations directors and/or field teams in developing high-level pursuit or preconstruction schedules.

Responsibilities:
- Develop high-level pursuit or preconstruction schedules to communicate project plans to clients.
- Collaborate with superintendents, project managers, and Trade Partners to efficiently build schedule logic, sequence, and flow.
- Regularly update project schedules to reflect actual progress and forecast future milestones.
- Communicate project schedule updates to leadership, ensuring they are informed of any impacts and future challenges.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5 years of experience in scheduling preferred.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Project required.
- Strong written, verbal communication, and collaboration skills.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum.
