We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Medical Office Coordinator to join our team at SynergenX/Low T Center in Frisco. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day account activities, providing exceptional patient service, and ensuring seamless administrative operations.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage appointment scheduling, patient check-in/check-out procedures, and maintain accurate records
  • Provide information about services, schedule appointments, and direct patients to the appropriate areas within the facility
  • Collect patient information, insurance details, and verify eligibility, as well as process payments and provide receipts as needed

In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, embodying professionalism, efficiency, and empathy in all interactions. By effectively managing administrative tasks and providing exceptional customer service, you will contribute to the overall positive experience and efficient operation of our medical facility.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required; medical assistant experience preferred (at least 3 months)
  • At least 6 months experience with medical front office reception
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in medical terminology and understanding of healthcare procedures, HIPPA

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience.
