Job Summary

Constant Contact is seeking a highly skilled Principal Financial Analyst to partner with revenue leaders to develop annual budgets, monthly forecasts, sales targets, and assist with short/long range revenue planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop sophisticated financial models to support strategic initiatives and drive business growth.
  • Support the annual revenue budget builds and recurring forecast updates throughout the fiscal year, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Review key performance indicators to understand trends and potential risks & opportunities, providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
  • Present recommendations based on data analysis, synthesizing complex information into actionable insights.
  • Track marketing and sales funnel performance to identify key trends and opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with business partners to provide support to various revenue drivers, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
  • Develop and maintain processes that create greater efficiencies and improve productivity and transparency across the business.
  • Assist with corporate finance needs, including reporting and potential M&A projects, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Handle ad-hoc reporting and analysis, providing timely and accurate information to support business needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, with a strong foundation in financial planning and analysis.
  • 8+ years progressive revenue experience, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improving financial performance.
  • Experience working with financial planning systems, such as NetSuite, Hyperion, or SAP, with a strong understanding of financial modeling and analysis.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to create complex financial models and presentations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Highest standards of accuracy and precision, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to think creatively, with a strong desire to innovate and improve processes.
  • Strong sense of pride and ownership, with a demonstrated willingness to go the extra mile to achieve business objectives.

Compensation and Benefits:

Constant Contact offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $102,800-$128,500 USD, as well as additional benefits such as health and welfare benefits, paid leave, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
