Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Statement Preparation: Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile prepaid accounts, cash accounts, and accruals to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • AP Process Management: Oversee the accounts payable process, including invoice processing and payment management.
  • Internal Review: Collaborate with the internal review team to ensure financial statements are accurate and compliant with regulatory requirements.

About the Role:

This is a hybrid position, requiring on-site work at our Watertown location. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in deferred revenue accounting and be able to work effectively in a team environment. The role is expected to last for 6+ months, with the possibility of extension.
