Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and approved time cards prior to payroll processing dates
  • Process timely centralized weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly, salaried, and tipped positions
  • Maintain the integrity of payroll and enforce company policies and procedures
  • Process payroll deductions, garnishments, employment verifications, and unemployment inquiries
  • Review and process quarterly and end of year tax filings, including 941s, 1095s, and W2s

Requirements

  • 2+ years of payroll experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Flexible scheduling as required due to business necessity
  • Experience and knowledge of Workday or similar system
  • Knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance, including federal, state, and local law for NY, IL, and NV
  • Strong analytical mind, solution-driven, and outstanding communication skills
