Job Title: Sr Payroll Specialist

At CME Group, we're looking for a highly skilled Sr Payroll Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for performing and analyzing payroll-related interfaces and data input for accurate processing of the biweekly US payroll.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer garnishment and child support orders, including setting up deductions, preparing correspondence, and responding to court orders.
  • Maintain high-level confidentiality and resolve and respond to all levels of the organization.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional attitude at all times.
  • Process accurate bi-weekly payroll through in-depth review and audit of payroll data to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and applicable tax laws.
  • Responsible for expatriate payments and accurate employee Visa taxation.
  • Responsible for filing, tracking, and organizing personnel and garnishment paperwork, processing and distributing needed reports on a bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-to-date basis.
  • Review, add, and edit records, review and validate changes interfaced and manual data entry of payroll data.
Requirements:
  • Experience with Workday Payroll, ADP SmartCompliance, and Workday Time Tracking.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
