Job Overview

New Life Ministries is a faith-based non-profit organization seeking a highly skilled Call Center Ministry Service Representative to join our team in Richardson, TX. This full-time position involves providing exceptional customer service and support to individuals seeking help through our radio program, counseling services, and other resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer calls with care and attention, maintaining control of the conversation.
  • Assess caller needs and recommend suitable resources, complete sales transactions, and present donation opportunities.
  • Register participants for workshops, seminars, or coaching programs, documenting information accurately in our database system.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, clear, and complete data entry in our database system.
  • Meet or exceed productivity, punctuality, attendance, and performance goals.
  • Manage callbacks and call lists, scheduling timely follow-ups and meeting deadlines.
  • Follow up with alumni to check on progress and address any additional needs.
  • Be willing to pray with callers in accordance with NLM's Statement of Faith.
  • Report suspected child or elder abuse as per departmental policy and regional regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years of experience in call center and phone sales.
  • Associate degree or equivalent.
  • Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills and enthusiasm for meeting goals.
  • Proficient in reading, speaking, and writing English clearly and distinctly.
  • Ability to establish rapport, communicate effectively, and calmly interact with diverse populations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook, with accurate data entry/keyboarding skills.
