Sales Performance Coach

Drive Social Media is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Trainer to join our team. As a Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that equip Business Developers with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver training programs that focus on prospecting, lead management, and cold calling
- Coach Business Developers on data-driven performance metrics and provide personalized training plans to address individual weaknesses
- Collaborate with sales leadership to analyze and refine sales strategy and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Manage Business Developer's day-to-day activities to ensure micro-actions lead to macro-results
- Work cross-functionally to train Account Management teams on upselling and providing sales-focused customer service
- Previous successful experience in sales, with a strong emphasis on cold calling and leading by example
- Previous management experience, especially with early-career sales talent
- Exceptional relationship-building skills to motivate teams towards their goals
- Strong reporting and data analysis skills to quickly assess challenges and wins
- Excellent project management skills, attention to detail, and proactive thinking
- Ability to handle tough conversations, conduct terminations, and address concerns while maintaining empathy
- Exceptional discipline and work ethic, with a strong commitment to follow-through
