Branch Sales Coach

The Branch Sales Coach is a key role within our organization, responsible for providing one-on-one sales coaching support to XC leaders and representatives. This position plays a critical role in driving individual and team performance, meeting enterprise goals, and ensuring members receive the appropriate products for their needs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement coaching action plans at the team and individual level, aligning with XC's strategic priorities and expectations.
- Collaborate with XC Sales Manager and other Sales Coaches to ensure consistent experience across the XC channel.
- Monitor and follow up on the execution of coaching plans, providing timely feedback to stakeholders.
- Analyze sales metrics and KPIs, providing insights to drive performance and inform strategic decisions.
- Deliver training on sales strategies, behaviors, and product knowledge to enhance the membership experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with representatives, trainers, and leadership, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Plan and implement sales contests to drive engagement and motivation.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a fast-paced retail or outbound sales environment, with a proven track record of coaching representatives on sales productivity.
- Ability to articulate complex concepts, write, and speak clearly and professionally, tailoring the message to various audiences.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data and insights to drive strategic direction.
- Ability to assess individual and team skill and performance gaps, creating action plans to improve overall performance.
- Strong influencing and change management skills, with the ability to drive results in a dynamic and complex operating environment.
- Broad knowledge of credit union operations, including functions, products, services, and regulations.
- Familiarity with reporting and analysis tools, such as Excel, Salesforce, Tableau, and Satmetrix.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
