Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn and utilize company-specific software effectively.
  • Process customer orders according to their preferred shipping methods (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).
  • Provide timely support and communication to all team members.
  • Prepare accurate shipping documents and coordinate with carriers for freight orders.
  • Engage with customers and take appropriate actions based on their needs.
  • Offer suggestions for improvements or future requirements to the Warehouse Manager or Lead.
  • Perform any other assigned duties.

Work Environment: Exposure to moving machinery and equipment, along with moderate noise levels.
