The Compensation and Equity Analyst will join CLEAR's Total Rewards team to support the administration and management of CLEAR's compensation program. You will be a key player in the day-to-day business operations by making recommendations on job offers, conducting salary analysis using market data and internal evaluations.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with the People team to ensure compensation offers and practices are in line with CLEAR's compensation philosophy.
- Assist with the management of CLEAR's equity platform (Fidelity) including updating monthly reporting, distribution of monthly grants, and vesting transactions.
- Update reports that provide management with a view into people HR metrics and ensure the timely development and distribution of established periodic reports.
- Partner with the Senior Compensation Manager to evaluate and analyze salary data and provide regular detailed reports on competitive analysis.
- Assist with the maintenance of Workday Compensation Modules including: grade and grade profiles, employee salary information, monthly stock value updates, comp plan assignment audits.
- Provide analysis for quarterly/annual incentive plan budgets and reviewing company-wide annual bonus plan, partnering with the Finance team for bonus accrual.
- Accuracy in Data Analysis: Ability to accurately collect, analyze, and interpret compensation and other People data.
- Timeliness of Deliverables: Ability to complete key tasks & projects on time; effective time management and organizational skills.
- What you're great at:
- 1-3 years of experience in broad-based compensation preferred.
- Experience in multiple areas of compensation including job matching, market pricing, incentive compensation, equity operations and administration, job architecture, etc.
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to effectively envision and develop repeatable models.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and reporting skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to organize information for Senior Leadership.
