Job Description

As a key member of the Vergence team, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Administrator to join our IT department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level systems administration and support for our enterprise infrastructure.
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and controlling the activities of assigned area(s).
  • Collaborate with department management to prioritize and allocate resources.
  • Develop and maintain system software and hardware requirements.
  • Lead mentorship and training programs for new and lower-level staff.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in systems administration and IT infrastructure management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
