Job Summary:

Eventus WholeHealth is seeking a highly skilled Customer Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in post acute healthcare and a proven track record of account retention and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with skilled nursing and assisted living facilities
Implement and manage the Eventus WholeHealth Better Together Program in assigned facilities
Conduct on-boarding, in-servicing, and performance review meetings
Analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical personnel to ensure effective delivery of integrated services

Requirements:

LPN or similar healthcare provider credential
3 years of experience in a Account Manager/Customer Service Role
5 years of experience in Post Acute Healthcare industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to work collaboratively with both clinical and non-clinical personnel
Proficient computer skills, Windows 365 (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and Sales or similar CRM system
