As a vital member of the Clinical Engagement Team, you will play a key role in aligning strategies with our partners from the medical device and pharmaceutical sectors, as well as medical societies. Your focus will be on fostering networks for physician collaboration centered around medical products and therapeutic areas. You will lead initiatives that promote high-quality peer education and collaboration within clinician networks, working closely with the Engagement Strategy team to develop and implement relevant projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate, implement, and enhance strategies for clinician collaboration through partnerships with physician thought leaders and society executives.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders to support collaboration strategies and facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Maintain strong strategic alliances with medical societies and industry stakeholders to ensure alignment with objectives and projects.
- Drive engagement and clinical discussions within designated clinician networks.
- Collaborate with Community Managers to outline projects aimed at achieving collaboration objectives within your assigned networks.
- Utilize key performance indicators to assess clinical engagement and discussion quality, proactively addressing emerging challenges.
- Contribute to the formulation of Account Plans, Community objectives, and health goals, regularly updating stakeholders on account plan progress.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in customer success, product management, or client relations, preferably in the healthcare sector, with a track record of engaging with executives and developing proactive account strategies.
- Ability to comprehend clinical and scientific materials.
- A strong sense of curiosity and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A genuine passion for healthcare.
Preferred Qualifications
- A background in medicine, healthcare, or sciences, with the ability to facilitate clinical discussions.
- Experience collaborating with medical device or pharmaceutical companies.
