Customer Service Representative

Join U-Haul, a leading provider of moving and storage solutions, as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to customers and ensuring their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with U-Haul products and services
  • Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory
  • Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers
  • Clean and inspect equipment on the lot
  • Answer customer questions and provide education on products and services
  • Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental
  • Install hitches and trailer wiring
  • Fulfill propane and drive a forklift (certification offered through U-Haul)
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent
