Compensation:

$80,000 - $130,000 average

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with prospective sellers through phone and in-person discussions regarding property sales
  • Establish trust and rapport with clients
  • Identify and address objections effectively
  • Present offers and negotiate contracts with qualified sellers
  • Maintain and update the CRM system
  • Follow up with leads in your sales pipeline
  • Utilize CRM tools to monitor performance and enhance lead conversion strategies
  • Make outbound calls to generate additional appointments
  • Participate in daily team meetings via virtual platforms
  • Attend weekly sales training sessions online
  • Create daily projections aligned with weekly and monthly goals
  • Submit end-of-day reports consistently
  • Adjust daily projections to stay on track with targets
  • Ensure all communications, documentation, and notes are recorded in the CRM daily
  • Compile a comprehensive weekly report by the end of each week
  • Coordinate with the Lead Manager regarding any changes to appointments with sellers
  • Review the transaction coordination process with sellers upon contract signing
Qualifications:
  • Strong drive and passion for real estate sales, with a goal-oriented approach
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with superior phone skills for setting and closing appointments
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate sales, acquisitions, or land acquisition is preferred
  • Background in Business, Sales, Acquisitions, or related fields is advantageous
