We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Outreach Liaison to join our team at Navita Health. This is a full-time position that will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and developing strong relationships with healthcare providers and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, clinicians, and external stakeholders.
- Educate healthcare professionals about our services and provide detailed information, demonstrations, and presentations as needed.
- Attend conferences, trade shows, and events to represent our organization and its offerings.
- Host outreach and marketing events that connect our clinical team with partner providers in the community.
- Conduct facility tours and lead educational in-services to referral partners across the community.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare management, life sciences, marketing).
- Previous experience in sales, healthcare, or a related field is an advantage.
- 3-5 years of sales experience preferred.
- Public speaking skills preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of behavioral health terminology and healthcare industry trends.
- Ability to travel as required and a valid driver's license.
- Proficiency in using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Office.
- Total compensation plans include salary, 17 days of PTO + a floating holiday, 401k with employer match, and employer-paid disability and life insurance.
- Anticipated addition of paid parental leave in the near future.
