Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, clinicians, and external stakeholders.
  • Educate healthcare professionals about our services and provide detailed information, demonstrations, and presentations as needed.
  • Attend conferences, trade shows, and events to represent our organization and its offerings.
  • Host outreach and marketing events that connect our clinical team with partner providers in the community.
  • Conduct facility tours and lead educational in-services to referral partners across the community.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare management, life sciences, marketing).
  • Previous experience in sales, healthcare, or a related field is an advantage.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience preferred.
  • Public speaking skills preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of behavioral health terminology and healthcare industry trends.
  • Ability to travel as required and a valid driver's license.
  • Proficiency in using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Office.
