Business Development Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Account Manager/Community Liaison to join our team at Universal Health Services. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will be responsible for creating demand for our behavioral health services through effective marketing and sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business development goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare providers.
- Conduct facility tours and presentations to key stakeholders, highlighting the benefits and services offered by our facility.
- Collaborate with the Director of Business Development and Business Development Team to develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Monitor and analyze referral inquiries and admissions statistics to inform sales strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and utilize this knowledge to inform sales and marketing efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in referral development, account management, sales growth, and physician relationships.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel, including overnight travel as required.
- Knowledge of the Greater Houston behavioral health marketplace, insurance plans, target markets, and referral sources.
