Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Account Manager/Community Liaison to join our team at Universal Health Services. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will be responsible for creating demand for our behavioral health services through effective marketing and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business development goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare providers.
  • Conduct facility tours and presentations to key stakeholders, highlighting the benefits and services offered by our facility.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Business Development and Business Development Team to develop and implement marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze referral inquiries and admissions statistics to inform sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and utilize this knowledge to inform sales and marketing efforts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in referral development, account management, sales growth, and physician relationships.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel, including overnight travel as required.
  • Knowledge of the Greater Houston behavioral health marketplace, insurance plans, target markets, and referral sources.
