CHLA's Nurse Residency Program: A Comprehensive Clinical and Learning Experience

**Overview**

Children's Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA) has a long history of providing a structured and supportive nurse residency program to new graduate nurses. Our 1-year program is designed to provide new nursing school graduates with a comprehensive clinical and learning experience to prepare them for work in an acute care environment.

**Requirements**

* Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Master of Science in Nursing graduate
* Scheduled graduation date before March 2025 and California RN license by the end of February 2025
* Less than one year of nursing experience in any nursing area
* Current American Heart Association BLS and PALS certification

**Pay Scale Information**

USD $80, USD $138,496.80

Final determination of a successful candidate's starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including education and experience within the job or the industry.
