Job Title: Director of Infrastructure

MidCountry Bank is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Infrastructure to lead our technology infrastructure team. As a key member of our IT leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of our technology infrastructure, ensuring it meets the needs of our customers and supports the bank's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of infrastructure engineers and technicians to ensure the delivery of high-quality infrastructure services.
  • Develop and implement infrastructure strategies to support business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Manage infrastructure budgets and resources to ensure optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and partners to ensure timely and effective delivery of infrastructure services.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends to ensure the bank remains competitive and secure.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in technology infrastructure, with a minimum of 7 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality infrastructure services and leading teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong technical skills in infrastructure technologies, including Citrix Xen suite, VMware, and Microsoft services.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • BS degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
