About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join the renowned Cleveland Clinic team as a Registered Nurse in our PRN Float Pool position. As a member of our team, you will have the flexibility to work variable shifts and at different hospitals, while enjoying a competitive hourly rate similar to an agency.

Responsibilities
  • Provide patient care through the application of sound nursing practice procedures and protocols.
  • Assess and document patient's pain levels utilizing appropriate protocols.
  • Prioritize and document patient problems based on assessed needs/problems in collaboration with the patient, family, and healthcare team.
  • Establish and implement a plan of care in collaboration with other disciplines that promotes wellness and facilitates the discharge process.
  • Monitor and document patient's condition and effectiveness and timeliness of care and/or interventions.
  • Evaluate, update, and revise the plan of care to facilitate achievement of planned and expected outcomes.
Requirements
  • Completion of a recognized course of study from an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
  • Minimum two years recent experience in Critical Care.
