Job Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in post-acute facilities, including SNFs and ALFs.
  • Administer individualized treatments and medications to residents, developing care plans in conjunction with medical teams.
  • Set up medical equipment and monitor its use, ensuring that nursing standards and facility policies are met.
  • Accurately document interventions and medical condition histories, and participate in investigations into incidents.
  • Train nursing staff and supervise them, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality care.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Current Ohio state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Graduation from an approved nursing program.
  • Post-acute care or in-patient hospital experience (at least 4 months).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
