- Compliance: Comply with and support corporate safety, quality, and environmental initiatives to ensure a compliant work environment.
- Talent Acquisition: Recruit and recommend qualified individuals to maintain high-performing teams.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: 3+ years of CIPP or lining experience.
- Skills: Organized and detail-oriented, skilled collaborator, excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task effectively, and adapt to change.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual in Spanish, valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
