About the Role

This is a self-starting role that requires a skilled craftsman in their trade, with practical working experience in the HVAC plumbing, pipefitting, and/or mechanical equipment service industry.

You'll be responsible for leading a project team of technicians, interacting with customers, and promoting safety and constant communication.

We provide factory certification through our Service Technical Academy (STA) with milestone recognition and monetary rewards and advancement, increased incentive opportunity for executed pull-through work, top of the line technology, equipment, and uniforms, and a #1 focus on employee safety.

Requirements
  • Requires Mechanical Journeyman status.
  • Experience in residential / light commercial / commercial HVAC / and mechanical troubleshooting experience.
  • Knowledge of boiler and steam operations.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Overtime will be available in this position.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and have a valid driver's license.

This is a Bargaining Unit Position.
